Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed raw chicken (56F - Cold Holding) in walk in cooler. As per operator, chicken was defrosted approximately 2 hours ago. Operator placed into walk in freezer to quick chill.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwashing sink at the front of the establishment blocked with an electric stove top. Operator made sink accessible.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed take put container used to scoop flour in the dry storage area. Operator removed take out container.
