Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Upon inspection, observed open case of raw bacon stored above cooked sausage patties in reach in cooler. Employee moved bacon to bottom of cooler during inspection.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Upon inspection, observed cooked sausage patties and sliced American cheese in storage containers not date marked. Also observed cooked sausage patties and uncooked bacon in original box with plastic open, not date marked. All open more than 24 hours per employee.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Upon inspection, no test strips available at establishment to test three compartment sink.
