Front counter at cold holding unit cutting board- observed employee preparing raw liquid eggs, touching handle of sauté pan, open door to enter main kitchen, return to front counter cold holding unit cutting board and touch ready to eat diced chicken to put inside pita wrap to prepare chicken wrap without changing gloves or washing hands.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Main kitchen at walk in cooler- observed hand washing sink being blocked by boxes and plastic container.
