Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed in upright reach in cooler next to 2 door reach in freezer had raw eggs above RTE items
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand wash sink in front of the house does not have proper disposal paper towels.
Equipment in poor repair. Small reach in cooler in front of the house has a torn gasket. Also chest reach in freezer at front of the house door handle is missing
