A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Observed only one bathroom available to customers and one employee bathroom in back area. Customer bathroom door is locked and as per operator she does not have key to open door. Observed sign on bathroom door stating bathroom is broken and out of service. Operator able to open door, observed water leaking from pipe underneath hand sink when water is turned on. If customer is requesting to use bathroom, employees must take customers to use employee bathroom until customer bathroom is fixed.
