Manager moved all personal items during this inspection.

Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket quaternary 0ppm. Manager dumped and refilled the bucket, then quaternary 200ppm.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Three spray bottles containing glass cleaner and degreaser on shelf directly beside pan containing marinara sauce and box containing cookies below front counter. Manager removed all chemicals from shelf during this inspection.
