Manager stated owner removed all foodhandler training from establishment.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee touched personal cellphone and Bluetooth speaker, then put on gloves to prep pizza dough with no hand washed. Discussed proper handwash and glove changing procedures with operator.
Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control can be determined. Pre-prep pepperoni pizzas on rolling racks at kitchen. Operator time marks at time of inspection.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food.
