At make table flip top cooler: Diced Ham (50F - Cold Holding) operator stated that diced ham was not prepared or portioned today and was held in flip top cooler overnight. Hamburger pieces (50F- cold holding) operator stated that item was not prepared or portioned today and was being held in flip top cooler.
