Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand wash sink in kitchen was blocked due to leak, spoke with manager and he placed a bucket under it until the p-trap is repaired.

Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Pizza boxes on table not inverted but under air vent, had manager invert top box to cover boxes until ready to be used for customer service

Observed the presence of employee training cards, but they were blank.
