Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee playing in his phone then mixing the dough without washing hand,when corrected him he stated that his hand is clean he didn't need to wash it even when he washed his hand he didn't wash it correct way.
Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee washing hand before cutting pizza and rub his hand less than 10 seconds. Correct it him on the spot and he did wash hand the correct way.
