Employee with bandage on her finger without a single-use glove over an impermeable cover - bandage while preparing pizzas by stretching dough and adding topping. Employee instructed to wear gloves. Employee stated she does not have gloves and continued to make pizza. When discussing the need for gloves employee removed bandage as a solution. Inspector instructed employee to wear two layers to include gloves. Another employee took over preparing orders. Manager brought single use gloves for use.
