No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink, closest to the front counter, manager placed paper towels at the hand sink.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks on food preparation table in the back kitchen next to walk-in cooler, manager moved drinks.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed pans at the ware wash drying rack stacked wet, employee separated pans to dry.
Food stored on floor. Observed a large box of packaged cookies on the floor, under the front counter, employee raised box off the floor.

No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided manager with a choking poster at time of inspection and it was hung up.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop head in mop sink not drying properly, employee discarded the mop head.

Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee open water bottle and energy drink stored in pizza making station reach in cooler on cooks line during inspection
