Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Cooked Wings on trays from Sunday no date marking. Pic marked the trays.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Employee working with Certified food manager at time of inspection has been employed for 7 years with no proof of a handler certificate on site. Person in charge stated that 2 of 9 of the other employees have current certifications.
