Food stored on floor. Upon inspection, observed cases of shredded mozzarella cheese stored on floor in walk-in cooler. Manager moved cases to another location off of floor during inspection.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Upon inspection, no handwashing sign present at handwashing sinks at establishment.
