Establishment uses the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Associations SafeStaff E,played Food Safety training program.

Equipment in poor repair: Both walk-in coolers are not maintaining temperature in order to keep the temperature control for safety food cold at 42 F or below. Temperature reading in both units was 68 F for one and 72 F for the other.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit: WALK-IN-COOLER: pre cooked chicken wings 58° F, pizza sauce 63° F, sausage crumbles 63° F, shredded cheese blend 64° F. Per manager, temperatures have been out since Sunday morning, 07/28/2024, when he got to the establishment and noticed it (possibly Saturday evening). PIZZA MAKE-LINE (TOP): sausage crumbles 56° F, julienne ham 54° F.

No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit: Both walk-in cooler ambient air temperature thermometers located on the outside of the units are not working. There are no ambient air temperature thermometers located in the units. Inspector placed calibrated stem thermometers in the units to get an ambient air temperature reading.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
