Pizza on rack using TPHC not time marked. Operator stated they forgot to set timer. Pizza placed on rack one hour prior. Operator set timer.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. No hot water at Hand wash sink next to table where pizzas are boxed up. Operator stated plumber has already been called to have serviced.
