Observed multiple chemical spray bottles stored on a shelf next to covered pizza sauce to go containers at the front counter. The operator properly stored the chemical spray bottles.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed the spoon handle used as a scoop for parmesan cheese not stored above the food. The operator removed the spoon.
