In vertical corner reach-in cooler: butter (53F - Cold Holding); potato salad (52F - Cold Holding); pasta salad (52F - Cold Holding); ham (51F - Cold Holding); ham (49F - Cold Holding); turkey (53F - Cold Holding); chicken (52F - Cold Holding); shell egg (50F - Cold Holding); turkey (51F); tuna salad (46F - Cold Holding). Operator stated that employees had been in and out of the cooler during a busy lunch time for approximately two hours. Operator moved items to another back less-used cooler that had an ambient 38F temperature and added ice to meats.
