Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Pizza flip top; sliced tomatoes (50F at 1245pm to 51F at 0125pm- Ambient Cooling since 1100am); cooked onions (48F at 1245pm to 50F at 0125pm - Ambient Cooling since 11am ); mozzarella cheese (49F at 1245pm to 49F at 0127pm - Ambient Cooling since 11am)/underneath; crab salad (56F at 1245pm to 49F at 0125pm - Ambient Cooling since 1130am). Food still has time to cooldown, observed flip top unit kept open. Operator to place ice on food items
