Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine sanitizer dish machine testing at 0 PM. The inspector ran the machine a few times and primed the sanitizer. Chlorine sanitizer is now testing at 50 PPM.
