Observed bulk containers of chili and cooked peppers and onions on steam well of hot dog cart. In igloo cooler, shredded and bulk coleslaw present. At time of inspection operator instructing customers limited menu items, time/temperature controlled for safety foods present in bulk form, not pre-packaged at set up location. Also, per operator, cooked peppers and onions were cooked on site on the flat grill of hot dog cart.
