Operator states they were placed on counter from cooler. In reach in cooler at salad prep area-house made blue cheese dressing recheck 39F (47F - Cold Holding); house made ranch recheck 40F (46F - Cold Holding) operator took temperatures before opening and all items were below 41F. Operator moved all items to freezer to rapidly chill.
