Employee was washing kitchen items in hand wash sink on cook line while have gloves on. Did not change gloves after washing kitchen items. Operator reeducate the employee of changing gloves after washing hands
Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed employee not hose touching the bottom of mop sink. Owner hung up hose from mop sink faucet
