Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle stored next to open container of bacon on cook line next to the grill. Employees removed.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. Operator started to clean and sanitize.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable on lift top reach-in coolers on cook line and individual cutting boards in preparation area in rear of kitchen.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed employee use plastic cup to fill drink with ice.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed in multiple containers in salad cooler. Operator placed utensils correctly.
