Observed dishwasher machine at 0ppm at front bar. Operator refilled solution properly, now testing at 100ppm.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit at dish pit area. Observed at 115F. Operator discarded water and changed to proper temperature.
