Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Orange beverage in the bar area next to the liquor bottles. Iced coffee beverage on the table top of the reach in coolers under the expo station. The beverages was discarded.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Scoops was in water at 74F at the dipper well. The scoops were removed out of the water. The dipper well was turned off and the employee turned it on to heat up.

Grill station cooler on expo: cut tomatoes (46F - Cold Holding) Walk-in cooler: sliced cheddar (44F - Cold Holding); sliced swiss (44F - Cold Holding). Manager called for service, iced down product and had operator open freezer door in walk in cooler to assist cooling product until service is done
