Stored food not covered. Observed raw chicken and ribeyes not covered in reach in cooler under grill. Manager had employee cover.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee eating, then begin putting on gloves to begin working on the cook line. Manager discussed with employee. Employee washed hands.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Residue build up in groves of soda gun in server station by bar. Manager had soda nozzle cleaned at time of inspection.
In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Ice scoop resting in dump sink drain at server station by bar. Manager removed scoop and washed it at time of inspection.
