Observed dishwasher machine chlorine 0ppm. Manager called maintenance for repair and set up three compartment sink quaternary 200ppm during inspection.
Air conditioning drain line draining into two hand-wash sinks at cook line and dish areas. Manager turned off air conditioning and removed drains from hand-wash sinks during inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed mold-like substance in soda gun nozzle, nozzle holster, and ice scoop holster at bar area. Manager cleaned and sanitized items during inspection.
