Provided operational with the employee health reporting agreement. Employees began reading and signing the agreements.

In the under counter cooler next to the bread storage pasta fagioli and cooked sausage and cooked meatballs are not date marked. Per operator the items were prepared greater than 24 hours prior.

Per operator, lunch rush ended twenty minutes ago, and the covers have been off. Operator put covers and lid on refrigerator.
