Observed display case used for pastries and bread doesn't offer adequate protection in the way that was used ( open doors) which exposed the food items to cross contamination. Employee was explained and closed the door case immediately.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed dish soap bottle inside the hand sink. Employee moved it out.

Person in charge added ice underneath immediately. Butter was placed at the buffet 40 minutes ago as per employee.
