Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. Observed display case used for pastries and bread doesn't offer adequate protection in the way that was used ( open doors) which exposed the food items to cross contamination. Employee was explained and closed the door case immediately.
