Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200+ppm) used for clean in place equipment. Operator diluted to 50ppm chlorine.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Blocked with unprepped food, sanitation bucket and reach-in freezer. Operator began rearranging items for better clear access to sink.

Operator iced down puddings and placed in larger reach-in cooler for rapid cooling. After 20 minutes temperate is 43F.
