Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Cook left kitchen, came back in, put gloves on, inspector asked him to wash hands, he washed for less than 10 seconds. Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty
Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Cook wiped hands on soiled apron, touched ready to eat food while pushing on to spatula from grill.
