Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink in warewashing area has greywater leaking from damaged ceiling with a dead squirrel in ceiling. Operator removed, cleaned, and sanitized area and blocked off handwash sink until ceiling is repaired.

Items had been in coolers for less than 4 hours. Moved to walk-in cooler for rapid cooling.
