Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. High temp dishwashing machine tested at 92 f ran over 5 times. Establishment has a three compartment sink with quaternary sanitizer.
