Bacon and sausage breakfast sandwiches being held on time controls has no time marking. Operator states all products prepared at 7:00 and added mark to products.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Pitcher in front handwash sink and cup in kitchen handwash sink. Operator removed pitcher and cup.

No reporting agreement for Chantilly and Tamra, both hired within the last two weeks. Tamra signed form during inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ham at 70F and sausage at 69F on sandwiches in front ambient display case. Operator states held on time but no paperwork, no time mark and operator unaware of all procedures. Inspector provided paperwork, assisted in completing of paperwork and operator marked appropriate time on prepared sandwiches.
No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. Available digital probe thermometer does not work.
Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Unable to dispense paper towels from holder at handwash sink in kitchen.
