Observed handwashing sign provided at a hand sink but not visible to employees due to being blocked by splash guard. Advised manager and he placed above splash guard.

Establishment operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. Conducted licensing inspection and provided temporary license to operator.
Observed Handwash sink replaced by dump sink. According to plans sink was approved as a hand sink. Consulted plan review and who advised that establishment must operate according to approved plans. Operator agreed to change dump sink back to hand sink and add slash guard for food protection.
