Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Advised Operator to permanently affix License # MFD6052014 on side of unit not to be covered while not in operation.
Visibly soiled dry wiping cloth in use on top of chest freezer and flip top cooler handle. Operator placed soiled wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket.
