Live, small flying insects found. Observed approximately 10 small flying insects in the back dry storage area landing on bags of flour, clean aprons and sealed bags of food. Observed approximately 8 small flying insects by the triple sink landing on walls and clean dishes. Observed approximately 5 small flying insects near the prep area in the kitchen landing on single service items and clean dishes. Observed approximately 3 small flying insects in the dishwashing area landing on dishes and walls.
Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed paper towels used to line containers of vegetables in the right flip top cooler. Operator stored properly.
