Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Can of spray cleaner stored on shelf next to single use containers in small storage area near front counter. Can moved and stored correctly.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee dumped water bottle in hand washing sink near front counter. Inspector coached employee on proper hand washing sink procedures.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No test kit available.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand washing sink in unisex restroom. Towels provided.

Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Door for unisex restroom.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. On top shelf across from reach in coolers in small storage room, large pot not inverted. Employee inverted pot.
Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Employee washing dishes in triple sink is only using middle sink to wash and rinse off items. Inspector coached employee on proper ware washing procedures.
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under racks in back storage area by mop sink.
