Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dish machine testing at 0ppm. Manager set up three compartment sink and tested it at 200ppm.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed a handwashing sink that was blocked by a large container. Employee removed container to where the sink was accessible.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed an accumulation of black and white mold-like substance in the top interior of the ice machine.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. No choking poster provided. Provided employee with a copy of the poster.
Open dumpster lid. Observed missing dumpster drain plug.
