Unit lid was left open and door as operator going in and out. Manager closed lid. Ambient temperature at 45F. cut lettuce, cut tomatoes (51-52F - Cold Holding); cut cabbage (Pikliz) (52F - Cold Holding), stored sitting at room temperature on top of reach in cooler and prep table and place there from reach in cooler approximately 30 mins ago. Manager voluntary discarded and said was going to throw in trash.
