Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed terrible build up of mold like growth on the interior panel of ice bin (soda machine) also lids for the ice bin black mold like growth on the edge of th panels. Employee cleaning at time of inspection

Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed sticky floors in area near bag in the boxes.
Insect control device installed over food preparation area. Observed bug zapper stored above the ice bin sever area over transport cart used for glasses and trays. Employee removed immediately
