Establishment operating with no potable running water. Operator provided bottles of water and filled the water tank.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Flattop grill: cooked onions (119F - Hot Holding); sauerkraut (112F - Hot Holding). As per operator placed on the grill 1 hour before the inspection. Operator removed and discarded.
Food, other than frankfurters, prepared on a hot dog cart. Flattop grill: cooked onions and sauerkraut, as per operator to serve the customers.
