Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken and beef empanadas at 127°F and 118°F inside the hot box at the front counter. As per operator they placed them around 9:30. They will be using TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL WRITTEN PROCEDURES. Employee increase the hit box temperature.
