Hose attached to dipperwell faucet eliminating required air gap at the dipperwell nearest the handwashing sink behind the front counter. The operator properly adjusted the hose.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a shake tin container with water in it and a blue wet wash cloth on hand washing sink. Explained to employee that a hand sink is for hand washing not and not a dump sink or a ware washing sink. Employee removed said items to three compartment sink and compleatly understood
