Observed the following foods temperatures greater than 41°F; ham and cheese croissants (77F - Cold Holding); cheese pastries (74F - Cold Holding) All located on front counter. As per person in charge all were prepared on site in the morning then placed on front counter for customers. All foods has been out for less than 2 hours. Advised manager via phone that all foods must be moved to reach in cooler.
