Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed threaded hose Bibb below triple sink missing a vacuum breaker.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no test strips available on MFDV. Operator stated he left them at home when he purchased them. Inspector supplied a couple of strips to operator to test sanitizer.
No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. Observed no probe thermometer on MFDV. Operator forgot probe thermometer at home
