Dish machine sanitizer reading 00ppm chlorine. Owner replaced the sanitizer and ran the machine several times new reading 100ppm chlorine
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Opened employee drink stored in the stand up reach in cooler in the back kitchen area. Owner removed the drink.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind the dish machine soiled.
