Prep Employee prepared raw seafood then left kitchen area and returned to kitchen with clean pans wearing same gloves. 2. Dish employee failed to change gloves and wash hands going from dirty dishes to clean. Reviewed proper hand washing and both employees washed hands and changed gloves.
