Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed glassware inside DM located at the front bar with sanitizer concentration 0 ppm. Machine was adjusted to 100 ppm and all the glassware was sanitized correctly.
